The investor behind the fleet of VLCCs that have been acquired and put under the management of Greece’s Libra Shipping has now put down around another $58m for two more ships.
Nick Karagiannis of Libra confirms the company will take delivery early this month of the 280,000-dwt sisterships BW Ubud and Ural (both built 2000).
The IHI-built duo are among the oldest in BW group’s fleet.
