All eyes are on financially challenged South Korean shipowner STX Pan Ocean today as the industry waits for news as to whether the company has filed for court protection.
Shipping players are questioning if they will be able to extract payment from STX Pan Ocean if it files for court receivership. One says it has not received any cash from the company for the last month.
