Geonavegacao, a subsidiary of Georadar Group, will pay BRL 293m ($130m) for two oil spill recovery vessels (OSRV) and one 5,000-dwt platform supply vessel (PSV).
Wilson Sons will construct the trio at its shipyard in Guaruja, Sao Paulo, for delivery in 2015.
The company, which recently commissioned a second yard in Guaruja, constructs vessels for its own fleet as well as third parties and provides repair and maintenance services for oil and gas companies operating in Brazil.
