Joshua Katzeff, who has been a lieutenant to DB transport analyst Justin Yagerman, will slide over to head research at UBS, which has been without a dedicated shipping analyst for some time.
Katzeff could not immediately be reached for comment, but he has informed industry contacts of the move and noted it on an Internet networking website.
