Next year’s signs are looking bright in the North Sea, which is set to build on this year’s already strengthened market for offshore-support vessels (OSVs).
While other regions have taken off to various degrees, the North Sea is still sitting on the initial edge of a greater market rebound that has been underway globally for a while. But 2013 has still chalked up substantial gains for North Sea OSV operators, while most offshore analysts share similar views on the situation.
