Scorpio Bulkers is using a different format for sale-and-purchase (S&P) commissions paid to a private management company after the structure at its sister tanker company drew fire from a top US analyst.
The alternative structure is detailed in a prospectus just filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Scorpio seeks to list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under ticker symbol SALT.
