The appointment of Kim Ullman as the new president of Concordia Maritime indicates that the Swedish company will remain publicly listed.
The sudden departure of Hans Noren as boss in August prompted speculation that Concordia might be delisted and its assets transferred to the main tanker company in the Stena group, Stena Bulk.
The listed entity has, for many years, been more of an administrative unit, led by finance man Noren while taking part in a number of Stena Bulk’s projects.
