LNG buyer Gail (India) is expected to launch its tender for a slew of LNG carriers to take on long-term time charter in mid-February as it lines up tonnage for its US cargo volumes.
Interested parties say Gail is trying to finalise the terms of the charter party it will offer to shipowners following a series of clarification meetings on the upcoming business.
