Very large gas carrier (VLGC) owner Avance Gas has chosen Oslo for its initial public offering (IPO), TradeWinds understands.
The IPO is set to take place before Easter. Avance has yet to decide on the size of the shares sale but the company is so strongly capitalised that it is not absolutely certain it needs to raise more capital at this stage.
