A group of three trading capesizes and a separate series of eight panamax newbuildings are being circulated for sale on behalf of a mystery owner, who is rumoured to be an insider at shipbuilder Rongsheng Heavy Industries.
But Rongsheng flatly denies any ownership link, as are sources close to the technical manager, Fleet Management, while others are linking the ships to Hong Kong’s Noble Group.
