Great Eastern Shipping (GE) was expected by many to replace financially strapped Varun Shipping as the leading player in the Indian LPG trades, which are traditionally dominated by domestic players — but, only a year after doubling its fleet to two very large gas carriers (VLGCs), GE may already be disposing of one of the vessels.
