Taipei-listed Sincere Navigation is expanding its fleet with another 82,000-dwt kamsaramax newbuilding.
The tanker and bulker owner has booked the bulker at Yangzijiang Shipbuilding for delivery in mid-2015.
A company executive confirms the order but does not disclose the price, although newbuilding players suggest something above $28m.
Sincere says it only signed up for a single newbuilding because it is the only slot Yangzijiang has available.
