State-run National Oil & Gas Authority (Noga) is expected to launch a request for proposals before the end of this month, officials for the body indicate.
Under this latest design proposal, Noga is planning to install an LNG floating storage unit (FSU) backed by regasification kit housed on a jetty.
Start-up is targeted for 2017. “It is ongoing but with a tight schedule,” said one source.
