A battle between Gard and the IOPC Funds over old and flawed claims from the Nissos Amorgos tanker spill 17 years ago is set to continue.
The IOPC Funds are to appeal a London High Court freezing order for up to $58m that the Norwegian protection-and-indemnity (P&I) club has obtained.
There is going to be another attempt to try to resolve the dispute on an amicable basis but, in the meantime, both sides are preparing for a tough fight.
