PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH) has begun legal proceedings to gain full control of a Mexican joint-venture company it set up with a partner at local offshore player Oceanografia. It hopes to find new partners and continue its presence in one of the industry’s hottest markets.
That joint venture, Servicios Maritimos GOSH, was set up in 2011, with POSH holding a 50% stake and Oceanografia chief executive Amado Yanez the other 50%.
