Work being carried out by a Singaporean shipyard on an LNG carrier controlled by French energy giant GDF Suez has been hit by delays.

The 154,472-cbm Provalys (built 2006) has been in Singapore’s Keppel Shipyard since 3 March and is set to spend another month at the yard.

A spokesman for GDF Suez tells TradeWinds that the ship went into the yard for its five-year survey and maintenance inspections.
