The former Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) chief executive acknowledged that he and David Herman are the sole employees of CMG Advisory Services, which was formed several weeks ago.
TradeWinds reported in April that Arntzen and Herman were hunting deals in the VLCC market. Arntzen would not go into details at the time but said he knew Herman and that “we have been collaborating”.
