JL Mowinckels Rederi of Bergen is confident that both the bulker and crude tanker markets are on the path to recovery.
The board, chaired by former Odfjell boss Bjorn Sjaastad, says in its annual report for 2013 that both segments are benefitting from reduced overcapacity.
Mowinckel’s fleet employment structure means the company should benefit from a market upturn, while the board sees downside risk as limited.
