An Australian artist with a radical view of ships and oil rigs as powerful visual images, and who has attracted big-name buyers of her paintings such as John Fredriksen, has a major exhibition taking place in London.
Paintings by Anne Penman Sweet, who got into ships as subjects after living for some years in an apartment overlooking Fremantle Port in Australia, are on display at the Stephanie Hoppen Gallery in London until late September.
