Today Makes Tomorrow (TMT) chairman Nobu Su is poised to take on Louis Dreyfus Commodities in a Hong Kong arbitration case over cargo damage that led to the arrest of a kamsarmax bulker.
B Max Corp, the bankrupt TMT affiliate that owned the 84,000-dwt B Max (built 2011), is asking a US judge to allow it to sell its recently filed claim to Su after the bulker was sold to the Onassis group’s Olympic Shipping & Management.
