Sincere Navigation president Douglas FC Chang (Zhang Fengzhou) confirms market talk that the 175,000-dwt bulker Wah Shan (built 2003) and 53,000-dwt bulker Madonna III (built 2007) are both for sale.
The company has several ships of similar age and size but Chang says only these two are being circulated at present.
“Our understanding is that the market is still on the rise, so probably we are going to have a try-out now and see what we can achieve,” he said, adding that it is difficult to be precise about sale expectations.
