Electronic data shows the Hilli arrived in the yard on Sunday. The vessel is to undergo refurbishment and repair work ahead of its conversion into an FLNG unit. Delivery is scheduled for February 2017.
Golar’s conversion contract with the Singapore yard includes options for similar jobs on two more of its laid-up vessels, the 125,000-cbm Gimi (built 1976) and Gandria (built 1977).
