Greek operator Prime Marine is adding another ship to its rapidly expanding joint venture with US investment fund Castlelake.

Prime is set to buy the 75,000-dwt long-range-one (LR1) tanker Holy Victoria (built 2008) for “about $29m”, according to market sources familiar with the deal.

This appears a very attractive price for the Minami Nippon-built vessel, which is priced at $34.7m by online platform VesselsValue.com.
