A US judge has issued a belated order that defenders of Nobu Su believe could help deliver a blow to litigation by Vantage Drilling.
US District Judge Lynn Hughes, of the US federal court in Houston, Texas, has issued a one-sentence ruling sending the bitter lawsuit back to county-level court where it all began. The problem is the parties had already been waging the battle in the Harris County District Court for months.
