Vietnamese owner Tan Binh Shipping has returned to the market for yet another general cargoship. It is the second such acquisition the company has made this year and is in marked contrast to its compatriot Vietnamese shipowners, which have been steadily downsizing their fleets to shore up their finances.

Haiphong-based Tan Binh has paid an undisclosed price for the Mitsubishi Logistics-controlled, 10,300-dwt Marine Victor (built 2003).
