London-based Victoria Steamship says it has been struck by another charterer refusing to pay a final arbitration award, and is going public with its complaints.
Victoria says Qingdao-based Huaya Maritime Corp participated in the arbitration through UK lawyers then refused to pay up. It adds that its own lawyers are now taking steps to dissolve the Marshall Islands entity in Majuro and to locate assets to arrest.
