The Tsuneishi-built, 82,000-dwt Far Eastern Jupiter (built 2007) and Far Eastern Mercury (built 2008) are both discharging in China next week and can be inspected there, sources say.
The Far Eastern Jupiter may fetch $21.5m to $22m and the Far Eastern Mercury around $23m.
The ships were purchased in March 2010 as Peruvian Express and Philippine Express from Dutch owner Vroon in an en-bloc deal for a full $44m each.
