Mandarin Shipping, the company founded by former shipbroker Tim Huxley, has confirmed an order for six firm vessels at Zhejiang Ouhua Shipbuilding Co.
Huxley tells TradeWinds the contracts for the 1,700-teu ships were placed some time ago and the company remains in the market for fresh tonnage.
“We’re looking to grow this company and we aim to be a significant player,” he said.
