A Norwegian limited partnership company managed by Atlantica bought three transloading bulkers in 2007 against bareboat charters to 2022 guaranteed by ETA.

One of the three ships — the 81,000 dwt Trans Gulf (built 1982) — was sold for demolition in 2012 and sources claim the second vessel — the 70,000-dwt Trans Emirates (built 1993) — has been sold for $13m.
