Veder extends charter of midsize unit to Geogas

The Dutch charterer has agreed to pay $920,000 per month for the 35,000-cbm Prins Alexander (built 1992) from March next year.

In March this year, the vessel was reported fixed to Geogas for $620,000 per month but sources say the rate was higher. In February, Veder came close to selling the Prins Alexander to Mercator Lines of India for $35m but no deal materialised.
