The new Athens outpost has been operating since July under the management of Nellos Filopoulos, who joined Cockett after a career of almost 16 years at Aegean Marine Petroleum. Filopoulos had been senior manager for marine fuels at the Piraeus-based, US-listed bunker supplier. He is assisted at Cockett Marine Oil Hellas by John Malyan, who has eight years of experience as a bunker trader and broker.
