Two of the most modern ships in the fleet have already been sold at auction.

Brokers say the Hyundai Samho-built, 158,000-dwt tanker Amin 2 (built 2009) has gone to an undisclosed buyer for $52.7m. This is some $3m less than what online platform VesselsValue.com estimates the ship is worth. TradeWinds sources claim the buyer is based in Hong Kong.
