The 56,000-dwt Simferopol (built 2011) was available for inspection earlier this week in Taen, South Korea.
In August, the sistership Stavropol (built 2012) was sold to LMZ Shipping of Greece for $17.8m. When that vessel was put up for sale in May, it was expected to fetch between $23m and $24m, so Fesco has clearly been hit by the fall-off in bulker values.
