Sergei Baranskiy: The former Industrial Carriers Inc (ICI) chairman and 33% shareholder is reported to own a major stake in Milestone Shipping and its agent, Chaika Agency.
Viktor Baranskiy: At 29, he is the chief executive and sole beneficial shareholder of Palmira Group, which oversees some 60 companies including better-known shipowner Vista Shipping. The young shipping executive claims to have started Vista in a basement apartment with three employees and built it up to its present size as the owner of some 10 vessels plus an operating business of chartered-in ships.
