Fears have emerged in Singapore that unpaid fuel suppliers caught up in the OW Bunker bankruptcy may take the easy route and target the bunker tankers that delivered the goods rather than the vessels being supplied.

This week, the island city was the setting for the first arrest of a vessel stemming from the collapse of the Danish bunker supplier.
