Greenship Bulk Trust has secured new funding from DVB Bank (Asia) to help finance two ultramax newbuildings.
The $33m credit facility was approved at Greenship’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in Singapore last week, the company confirmed on Tuesday. The two 63,000-dwt ships were ordered at China’s Yangzhou Dayang Shipbuilding in late 2013 and are due for delivery this month and January 2015.
