The Danish administrators of OW Bunker have called in a third lawyer to help them with liability issues after being deluged with claims.
The news comes as a group of Danish institutional investors confirmed it is carrying out its own probe into the collapse of the marine fuel and tanker company.
Soren Halling-Overgaard, who is described as an expert in liability law at Aarhus-based legal firm Halling-Overgaard, Solvkaer Olesen, Henriksen, has been appointed as another legal trustee to help unravel how the bunker supply group collapsed so rapidly last month.
