The PFLNG Satu, which was floated out at DSME’s Okpo shipyard in South Korea in April, is scheduled for delivery around September 2015. Technip is working in partnership with DSME on the floater.
The unit, which is of 1.2 million tonnes per annum capacity, will be moored 180 kilometres (112 miles) off the Sarawak coast, from where it will be used to develop Malaysia’s Kanowit gas field.
