Chris Koch is poised to bow out after 15 years running the World Shipping Council (WSC), the Washington-based lobby of which he is president and chief executive.
Koch will retire on 31 July next year and will be replaced by John Butler, who has been senior vice-president and general counsel of the WSC for the past five years.
