Greek owner Poseidon seeks to shed older cash-cow panamax

Available for inspection later this month, the vessel may be offloaded to make room for newbuildings

Small Greek owner Poseidon Shipping is said to have circulated for sale one of its two trading bulkers — possibly in a move to renew its fleet ahead of expected newbuilding deliveries.

The 76,100-dwt Eleftheria (built 2001) will be available for inspection in China later this month, according to brokers, but Poseidon officials were not available for comment before TradeWinds went to press.
