Tanjung Offshore is co-operating fully with Malaysian governmental body MACC and has also launched its own internal probe via a committee of independent directors of Tanjung Offshore, according to local media as well as company statements issued to the Bursa Malaysia.
The issue is related to local media articles pointing to complaints from minority shareholders representing about 4% of Tanjung Offshore’s stock.
