Chittagong-based Crystal Navigation’s 27,600-dwt Crystal Gold (built 1986) sailed free from Kandla on India’s west coast last week following resolution of its dispute with Dubai-based Glander International Bunkering.

Ahmedabad-based legal sources did not specify the amount paid by the owner but TradeWinds has reported previously that Glander was claiming outstanding dues of $85,394 including interest.

In the past three months, Crystal has paid over $500,000 to its creditors, including Dubai-based Monjasa DMCC and Cochin-based Oriental Exim Agency, which had filed separate cases against the owner.
