Eidesvik has 180 days of contract coverage this year for its largest and newest offshore construction vessel (OCV) — which was delivered just last weekend from Kleven Verft as the largest vessel the Norwegian yard has ever built.
Starting this month, Eidesvik’s huge, 145-metre newbuilding Viking Neptun (built 2015), which has a hefty price tag of NOK 1.273bn ($164.9m), will work for French subsea giant Technip in the North Sea.
