TradeWinds is told the yard is seeking a buyer for the slots after a letter of intent (LOI) with Oman Shipping did not develop into a full contract.
As reported in TradeWinds a few weeks ago, the state-backed owner had been looking to contract the vessels at the South Korean yard against period employment with an energy major, believed to be Shell.
