“Finally, it’s looking like the sun is back,” said Concordia Maritime chief executive Kim Ullman.

The tanker-market veteran was not referring to Sweden in the spring but the recovery in the crude and products tanker markets.

“Since there is almost zero growth in the fleet, it is looking bright for the next one-and-a-half to two years,” Ullman said. “We hope people don’t go running to the shipyards again, as that could destroy the recovery.
