This year, the handsome silver trophy (right), part of the line-up of cups played for by the Wearside Football League (formed in 1892 and still going strong) in the Northeast of England, was won by Stockton Town FC at home 2:0 against Ashford Belford House FC on the 4th of last month. The league has 20 member clubs.
