Compania Sud Americana de Vapores (CSAV) has won an appeals battle in its efforts to put an end to a stream of what it claims is fraudulent litigation in China by a Hong Kong freight forwarder.
The Court of Appeal in London ruled that Hin-Pro International Logistics was obligated by bills of lading to take its complaints to courts in the UK, rather than those in China.
