The 300,000-dwt Seaking (built 2005) is said to have to have been taken at $43,000 per day, which means revenue of almost $31m over the charter period. The vessel was ordered with sistership Athina (built 2005) at Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) in 2003 for just $65m each.
