A little OSG liquidity is better than none

OSG is following through on an expected move to list its Class A shares on the NYSE MKT exchange by 1 December without the benefit of an initial public offering (IPO).

But where does it go from there?

OSG’s plans to list the shares without an IPO were first revealed by TradeWinds on 16 October. The plan was confirmed in a release from the company last week.
