VLCC market players say their vessels are continuing to experience extended waiting times, with one quoting delays for crude discharge of between two to four weeks in China.
India is also highlighted as another area where large tankers have been queueing up to offload and Singapore, where waits to discharge fuel oil have been commonplace, is also now experiencing longer wait times for crude oil tankers.
